Went to roots in limeridge with the intention to shop for my daugther. The manager was by the kids section. She was very rude, looked at us and couldn't even take a second to greet. I've worked in retail for many years providing customer service. It takes a second to say hi to a customer to make them feel welcomed to the store. I thought to myself why should I shop at a store where they can't even take 2 seconds to say hi? Never shopping there, I'll take my money elsewhere.
