  Horrible customer service. When their inside rep Jo-Anne found out I was launching my own start up, she started to educate me on how I should make business decisions rather than just giving me a simple quote and working with me to figure out cost effective custom kraft corrugates. I had to interrupt her at some point and told her that I held an executive MBA and a corporate career of 15 years where I managed product launches and profit and loss statements. She then stuck to her task and said she'd turn around the quote in 48 hours. I didn't hear back from her and well over a week later I called and left a VM to give white bird the opportunity to bid for the business as I was ready to make some decisions based on other companies I'd spoken to. She didn't bother returning my message! Wow! Update: Since this post, their inside sales rep Jo-Anne did get in touch and very professionally apologized to me. Since then she has been on the ball and their prices have been competitive. I have decided to give them a second chance. Will let you know when I receive final product.

  We get a variety of our packaging items from Whitebird. They have an easy to use online shop, and shipping is quick and affordable. Prices for items are usually the best we can find and the quality is great. We use the zip lock bags they sell the most. Our clients use them daily to take beer grains home with.
