Terrible customer service. They said "they couldn't" (even though the guy called said they could have the phone for me later that day but to call me an hour later saying they can't) get the phone to me just so I wouldn't be able to get the phone while it was one sale.

Great customer service at this particular location. Super cool staff who are knowledgeable and patient if you are willing enough to understand the craziness of the mobile phone industry.
