  The pharmacy staff are very nice and usually very helpful but it is so annoying to call and the phone rings and ring with no answer. I just tried calling for an important question and the phone rang for well over 10 min. I let it ring just to see how long it would take for someone to be bothered to answer. There system eventually just hung up on me. Nice. I don't mind being on hold as I appreciate that they can get very busy but to not even take the few seconds to even answer the phone and acknowledge me is just plain poor service. Ironically, the automated message when calling the store says to contact the pharmacy for all our our medication questions....but I guess that would require them to actually answer the damn phone.

  They are the worst shopper they have not got my blister pack delivery on time in months and have even lied saying that i told them i did not want them and even said i was not home when they came to deliver them and tonight they are telling me i wont be getting my pills until after 10pm, knowing that i go to bed by 830 pm.
