May be knowledgable, but waited for 20 minutes while one rep (the only one in shop) smalltalked a customer. I get personalization,but not when idle chit chat drives away other customers. I was only in to buy rollers. (Never did get service or acknowledged, despite standing 10 ft from rep the whole time and was the only other customer in the shop) Taking my money elsewhere. 7:30 on Mar 15
