The bad: the deli people are worse than awful, a couple of them are great..the rest have major (unprovoked) attitude, rudeness, will send you away with the wrong meat, or mash it all up into a ball and hand you the bag. The deli needs serious work. Also, expect to pay 50-100% more for same products as other grocery stores just because it's Fortinos.
