  This review is reflective of the delivery service that Ashley's uses. At this point, I don't care if that's a fair assessment or not, as they're associated with Ashley's enough to warrant me never shopping there again. Anyways, we purchased a bedroom set (medium price - nothing too extravagant) from them and paid for the shipping & installation. We initially arranged a mutual date & time range, usually 3 hour window. So far that's fine. We receive a couple days prior that they need to reschedule. Okay no issues, we reschedule a time based on their recommendation. We get a phone call a couple days prior to this new date telling us there's an update and we need to call them back. We wait on hold for 45mins and get disconnected. Eventually we hear from them, and they tell us another reschedule is required for some stupid reason - I don't remember. That eventually rescheduled to the final day between a 3 hour window that requires either my wife or I to have half day off work. As one could imagine, that is an inconvenient request, but we oblige. An hour after that 3 hour window they show up and begin installation. I refuse to ever buy from them again, and I make it a point to tell anyone shopping for furniture about our experience with them. The sales staff were cordial though, so that's nice.
