I got what I paid for. The washer and dryer were delivered and refurbished as promised. Good pricing and easy to talk to. Issue came with delivery. After having to reschedule several times, the appliances were dropped off over a week late. This is not an issue of you have time or are already at home. Had they been upfront about delivery issues, things would have been a lot better. But... It is what it is.
