  Customer service lacks here. Decided to move along and spend my money at the addition Elle in Ancaster, staff and manager in Ancaster are way better, I would rather support them to make daily targets. For such a large location you need to find some better staff in here. Two middle aged women stood at the register today looking at me with my 2.5 year old and offered nothing. Don’t usually complain like this but I used to work for Reitmans and this is not the standard of service, shame on you ladies!
